OK, How on Earth is All This Even Possible???
Yes, how can our company be talking prices that are a fraction of what you hear, read, and know are the typical prices and costs everywhere else. How is it even possible that house, county and local taxes would be only $300 or less (in the USA?????) Here is the answer and why we have not stated it more clearly before.
Almost all of us have all been taught to think that a real estate home is the “only real kind of home” out there and it’s either that or an apartment.
Another option that is often not considered is a manufactured home. Often because too many people have stereotyped manufactured homes because of problems that plagued them 30 and 40+ years ago. Some people have totally misjudged them by thinking of all manufactured homes and the Communities and “trailer parks”. It is no different in real estate. The other purpose of holding this off till the end was to help some people see a side of manufactured homes that they probably just didn’t know about. There is a tremendous potential here and almost any objection, now a days, can be addressed and resolved. Technology and innovation have taken us a long way and in these homes, you can have so much more for so much less cost. If you just need large amounts of space, you can do it with manufactured homes, it just presents a few more challenges. But one of the objectives on our website was to challenge you to think a little differently vs what you are continuously hit with in the housing markets.
