What a wonderful way to start out life where, for a couple thousand dollars and very low monthly payments (equivalent or less than rent) you can have your own home. It’s a nice feeling to be paying on something that is yours an not have it strap you so you can go out and still have some money to enjoy life – and isn’t that what life is supposed to be like????? (
